Asst. prof. Miroslav Ferenčak is a university professor of Business and Finance, and he has the position of CEO at Financial Engineering Center at University of Novi Sad Faculty of Engineering. Miroslav has been included in numerous domestic and international funded projects (USAID, COST, H2020, ERASMUS+) in the field of ICT, finance, robotics, ESG and project management. He has multi-year experience in financial management for SMEs in ICT sector. His fields of interest are financial management, equity valuation and ESG investing.
