VALENTINA COLA

Project Manager

Valentina is a Project Manager at Foodscale Hub. She holds a BA in History, Geography and International Cooperation from Roma Tre University and a Master in European and International Studies from Trento University. After completing a specialisation course in Project Management and Design in Brussels she began working as a project manager and grant writer within the NGOs sector.

Fluent in English, Italian and French, she has extensive experience in network building, event management and project implementation due to her involvement in numerous EU-funded projects such as Erasmus+, CERV and Interreg.

Within the Ecosystem Building department, she works on several Horizon Europe projects, and is also involved in proposal preparation, promotional activities, training sessions and reports.

NATAŠA ILIĆ

Accountant

Nataša is an Accountant in Foodscale Hub, with over 8 years of professional experience, including a role at the State Audit Institution, specialising in comprehensive financial analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance. She further expanded her experience through collaboration on the preparation of financial statements and the analysis of financial results for a medium-sized entity. Before that, she worked as an accountant associate in accounting agencies, working mostly with entrepreneurs, as well as limited liability companies (LLCs). Nataša got her bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking and Insurance from the University of Novi Sad, and continued her professional development by passing the exams required to obtain the title of Certified Accountant with the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Serbia.

Nadiia Khakimova

Business Process Management Consultant

Nadiia is a Business Process Management Consultant at Foodscale Hub, where she supports business model development, project implementation, proposal writing, and collaboration with partners across the innovation ecosystem. She is pursuing her PhD at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Novi Sad and holds an MSc in Food Science, Safety, and Technology from the Kaunas University of Technology. Her previous experience includes work at the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), participation in several Horizon Europe projects, and managing scientific content for social media in the health-tech sector.

OLIVERA PAVLOVIĆ

Communications Manager

Olivera Pavlović is a Communications Manager at Foodscale Hub. She developed a diverse skill set related to communications and networking during her Bachelor studies in Computer Graphics Engineering and Animation and through five years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist in IT and creative industries. Passionate about broadening her global perspective, she has participated in international student exchange programs and volunteered in communications and design teams for organisations promoting academia and culture.

At Foodscale Hub, she manages dissemination and communication for EU projects, primarily from the Horizon Europe funding programme, along with branding initiatives for the organisation.

BOJANA KUZMANOVIĆ

Project Manager

Bojana Kuzmanović serves as a Project Manager at Foodscale Hub. She graduated from the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Novi Sad, specializing in Biology Education, where she successfully completed her first project. With over 15 years of experience in project preparation and implementation across various levels and with numerous donors, her key areas of interest include agriculture, rural development, environmental protection, and circular economy.

GORDANA RACIĆ

Scientific Project Manager

Gordana Racić holds the position of Scientific Project Manager at Foodscale Hub Novi Sad. She is a Senior Research Associate in the field of Biotechnical Sciences and holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade. Dedicated 15 years to university teaching and research, mentoring students at all levels (BSc, MSc, PhD), while fostering scientific background in plant-microbe interactions, she led and participated in numerous national and international research projects. Her university experience, including research and teaching, has equipped her with the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully manage and coordinate EU projects.

Dragomila Kondić, a tourism technician by profession, serves as the Administrative Secretary. Nataša Grbović is a Communications Manager at Foodscale Hub. She holds a Master’s Degree from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Novi Sad. During her studies, she participated in international student exchange programs, gaining invaluable experience at various institutions across the EU and embracing diverse academic perspectives.

Passionate about writing, research and digital technologies, she specialises in marketing, with a focus on content marketing and SEO. At Foodscale Hub, Nataša is responsible for dissemination and communication activities within various Horizon Europe projects.

Sunčica Vasiljević is an Environmental Protection Specialist at Foodscale Hub.
