Thomas is a Project Manager at Foodscale Hub. He holds a master's degree in Ideology and Discourse Analysis from the University of Essex and he is a former researcher at ISER (Institute for Social and Economic Research – University of Essex) and at the Trinity College Dublin. He has over four years of experience in the digital transformation of the agri-food sector and active involvement in the preparation and implementation of R&D projects within the agri-food industry (H2020, Horizon Europe, EIT, LIFE, DIGITAL, etc.). His role at Foodscale Hub is to provide strong business and sustainability strategies, fostering and enabling the exploitation of the R&D innovations.
