Tzeni Antoniou is a Project Manager in FSH. She is a Mathematician holding a Master in Meteorology, Climatology and Atmospheric Environment (AUTh). Since 2018 she has worked in more than 10 EU funded projects and gained her experience through a drive towards environmental innovation and technology. Intrigued by the low carbon economy in the agrifood sector based on innovation, focused on the use of smart tools, technologies, and innovative research in order to offer consultation to sustainable use of natural resources in production processes and activities, and environmental protection.
